Delete your Wwings account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for Wwings - Insurance Agent CRM: the Wwings app on Google Play and the App Store, and the web portal at app.wwingstech.com. The app is provided by Wwings Smart Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

How to request deletion

  • Email support@wwingstech.com from the email address registered on your Wwings account.
  • Use the subject "Delete my Wwings account" and include your registered phone number.
  • We will confirm the request with you before deleting anything, and complete it within 30 days.

If you are an employee of an agency that uses Wwings, your agency's admin can remove your login in the web portal (Employees). You can also email us and we will pass the request on.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your login: phone number, name, email and password.
  • If you are the account owner (admin): all data in your agency's Wwings account, including customers, leads, policies, follow-ups, notes and uploaded documents.
  • Logging out of the app also deletes the sign-in token stored on your phone.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Invoices and payment records for your subscription, for as long as Indian tax law requires.
  • Any other data the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.

Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request, including from backups.
